Medication Non-Return and Refund Policy

Prescription Medication Non-Return and Refund Policy

1. Federal Compliance on Medication Returns:
In accordance with state and federal consumer protection safety regulations, prescription medications—including compounded GLP-1 therapies, HRT, and peptides—cannot be returned, restocked, or exchanged under any circumstances once they have been dispensed and shipped by our partner 503A compounding pharmacies. Federal law prohibits the re-use or re-dispensing of prescription medications once they leave the control of the pharmacy.

2. Final Sale Policy:
All medication orders placed through the OptiVantage RX platform are considered final sales. Once an independent physician through the Impact Health Network approves your treatment plan and authorizes the prescription fulfillment, your payment method is processed, and the order is immediately transmitted to the compounding pharmacy for customized formulation. No refunds, cancellations, or modifications can be made to an order once clinical authorization is granted.

3. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments:
Because your medications are prepared by a licensed third-party 503A pharmacy and handed over to independent commercial carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) for temperature-controlled interstate shipping, OptiVantage RX, LLC is not liable for carrier transit delays. If your medication arrives physically damaged, compromised, or fails to arrive due to a carrier error, you must notify our care coordination team at care@optivantagerx.com within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled delivery date. Valid shipping claims will be reviewed in coordination with the dispensing pharmacy to facilitate a replacement shipment if a pharmacy or carrier error is verified.

No monetary refunds will be issued.
